It takes more than just a good bean to make coffee. With that in mind, we roast the raw coffee beans in our very own roasting facility and then carefully package them in order to preserve the quality.
Unique coffee roasting process
Coffee roasting is a precise combined action of time and temperature designed to draw the unique flavour from the bean. It is unequivocally the most important phase for the flavour and aroma of the coffee. Simon Lévelt knows this, which is why we use an Italian Vittoria double drum roaster for this process. This machine is unique in Northern Europe and enables us to control the entire process carefully.
